Please take a moment to review the information on this website and provide your feedback via the button below. All feedback will be considered by the project team and where appropriate incorporated into the final proposals before they are submitted to Cheshire East Council.
The deadline for the pre-application consultation is 24th May 2024 however any further feedback is welcome during the application process.
The engagement and public consultation strategy on this project has been developed by Muller Property Group in consultation with the local planning authority to ensure all relevant stakeholders and interested members of the public are able to review the plans and provide their feedback. A Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) will be submitted with the planning application. The SCI outlines the engagement methodology, all engagement activity, the feedback received, and the project team’s response to that feedback, including how the plans have developed through consultation and engagement.
